Help and information

If you have been raped or sexually abused or are supporting someone else who has, you can contact us at RCRC on our crisis line on 01563 541 769. It doesn’t matter whether this happened recently or a long time ago. You can also contact Rape Crisis Scotland (RCS) for help and information. You can phone the RCS Helpline any day between 6:00pm and midnight free on 08088 01 03 02 to speak to someone in confidence.

**The RCS Helpline and email support service is open throughout the festive break between 6:00pm – midnight, with the exception of New Years Eve when it will close at 11:00pm.**

There is information about rape and sexual violence on Rape Crisis Scotland’s website. They can also post information to you.

RCS has produced a range of publications including leaflets about Rape & Sexual Assault, Childhood Sexual Abuse, information for Families & Friends, Drug-Assisted Sexual Violence, and Police and Legal Information. They have also just published a leaflet to help people who have been raped or sexually assaulted while they are abroad.

Rape Crisis Scotland also has a range of new self-care resources for survivors.
